Where this fits in the Aetas Workplace System
These are the engagement levels for running the Performance System. Whichever level you choose, the method is the same: measure the loss, fix the cause, prove the return, improving your Return on Employee Investment.
See how the Performance System works →Before any numbers are discussed, four principles apply to every engagement. The Workplace Review is always free, even though it would normally cost £595. All fees are agreed in writing before delivery begins. Initial and ongoing fees are shown separately, so you see year-one and year-on-year costs clearly. And the savings we identify are shown alongside the fees, so you can see the net position before committing.
Three ways to run the Performance System
Every engagement follows the same method, measure the loss, fix the cause, prove the return. The levels differ in depth and pace, not in approach. Most employers start with a bundle; single services and workshops are available where the cause has already been identified.
Three bundles
Foundation, Core or Executive. Each is a measured engagement combining the right services at a meaningful saving.

Bundles can be tailored to your workforce. For organisations above 150 employees, a custom quote is built from the Executive bundle as a starting point. Discuss a tailored option →
Bundles cover the work set out in each list. Continuing services in Year 2, such as Annual Governance and Support, are shown alongside the initial fee, so you can see year-on-year costs clearly. Insurance commissions, where relevant to your benefits arrangement, are paid by the insurer rather than invoiced separately, and are always disclosed in writing.
Confidential one-to-one with an adviser
Every employee in an engaged workforce has the option of a confidential conversation with a regulated financial adviser from Aetas Wealth. No charge. No obligation. No products discussed.
A private space to ask the questions they did not want to raise in front of colleagues. Often where the most useful conversations begin.

Regional organisation, 85 employees
A Workplace Review across pension, benefits and financial support arrangements. The Audit identified material inefficiencies in the workplace pension, which were addressed without disruption to staff.
The Core bundle fee for that engagement was offset roughly three times over by the pension savings alone, before counting any of the retention or productivity benefits that followed.
The Workplace Review is always free. Start there.
Before any fees are discussed, the Audit establishes whether there is something worth addressing in your specific business, and what the right response would be.
No cost · No obligation · No commitment until proposal stage
